Mr. Lewin manages the firm’s Corporate Department. Ms. Hezlep’s experience allows her to work with the firm’s Litigation and Estate Planning Departments.  She brings a wealth of knowledge that qualifies her for a wide range of legal services, including general civil litigation, trust and estate litigation, business litigation, intellectual property, professional negligence, employment and labor law, administrative law and proceedings, commercial and residential landlord/tenant disputes, construction litigation, real estate litigation, criminal law, family law, and personal injury. Her legal expertise is greatly strengthened by her work in "Corporate America" as a management consultant prior to attending law school. The combination of her legal and senior level business experience is the core of her professional strength.

Mr. Martin manages the firm’s Tax and Financial Departments. He provides clients with a full range of tax services including tax planning, return preparation, accounting and auditing services.

Ms. Bailey is the Senior Paralegal in the firm’s Estate Planning Department. She has been with Preovolos & Associates for over 13 years, working closely with Mr. Preovolos in all areas of Asset Protection, Estate Planning, Estate Administration and Probate. Her experience ranges from simple wills to complex probate proceedings. She works closely with attorneys, accountants, financial planners and insurance advisors to successfully tailor and deliver a coordinated package of services to the firm’s clients.

Mrs. VandenBrink is a Paralegal in the firm’s Estate Planning Department, successfully assisting in all areas of Asset Protection, Estate Planning, Estate Administration and Probate.

Bankruptcy

Mrs. Adams is a paralegal in the firm's Bankruptcy Department assisting Attorney Jonathan Musgrove. She conducts legal research and prepares many of the pleadings that are ultimately filed with the Courts on behalf of the firm. Mrs. Adams often participates in client interviews as she has extensive and diverse experience in several areas of the law. Mrs. Adams received her CM/ECF Certification for the United States Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of California, in May 2004. She has experience with Federal, Superior, Circuit and District Courts throughout the country, such as California, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, North Carolina, Georgia, Texas, Massachusetts, Ohio, Nevada and the District of Columbia.
