Mr. Musgrove’s range of experience allows him to work with the firm’s corporate, estate planning and litigation departments.  He has successfully represented individuals, investors and businesses in connection with corporate and partnership formations, buy-sell agreements, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, real estate transactions, business contracts, succession planning, and estate planning.  He has litigated hundreds of cases, successfully representing clients in the areas of general civil litigation, business litigation, medical malpractice, employment and labor law, commercial and residential landlord/tenant disputes, and personal injury.

Family Law and Civil Litigation

Mr. Mudgett is a member of the firm’s litigation team, working closely with Mr. Jassim.  He has successfully represented clients in the areas of general civil litigation, criminal litigation, personal injury, family law, and small claims among other practice areas.

Taxation, Business Consultation & Assurance Services – Compilation, Reviews & Audits

Mr. Martin manages the firm’s tax and financial departments. He provides clients with a full range of tax services including tax planning, return preparation, accounting and auditing services.

Ms. Bailey is the Senior Paralegal in the firm’s Estate Planning Department. She has been with Preovolos & Associates for 10 years, working closely with Mr. Preovolos in all areas of Asset Protection, Estate Planning, Estate Administration and Probate. Her experience ranges from simple wills to complex probate proceedings. She works closely with attorneys, accountants, financial planners and insurance advisors to successfully tailor and deliver a coordinated package of services to the firm’s clients.

Mrs. Terry is Mr. Preovolos’ Executive Legal Assistant and the Senior Legal Administrator for the firm. In addition to working closely with Mr. Preovolos, she is responsible for marketing, client and referral source relations, hiring and recruiting, training and seminars, continuing education and professional memberships, project management, general office procedures and the day to day operations of the firm.

Ms. Madias is the Senior Paralegal in the firm’s Corporate Department, working closely with Mr. Lewin. Ms. Madias is the also the Senior Paralegal in the firm’s Immigration and Family Law Departments. She works closely with Mr. Preovolos in his representation of Family Law clients, assisting him in successful private mediation and arbitration for clients with will and trust contests, marital dissolutions, and business litigation.

Ms. Garcia is a Paralegal in the firm’s Estate Planning Department, successfully assisting in all areas of Asset Protection, Estate Planning, Estate Administration and Probate.

Ms. Walters is a Legal Assistant for the firm. She manages the front desk, assists with scheduling and works closely with Mrs. Terry in the day to day operations of the firm. She also supports the accounting department with billing, collections, and expense reports.

Ms. Ferreira is a Legal Assistant and the File Clerk for the firm. She assists all staff with the day to day operations of their departments. She assists Ms. Walters with reception and phone duties, and manages scanning and electronic filing projects for the firm.
