Asset Protection, Estate Planning, Estate Administration & Probate
Ms. Garcia is a Paralegal in the firm’s Estate Planning Department, successfully assisting in all areas of Asset Protection, Estate Planning, Estate Administration and Probate.
Prior to joining Preovolos & Associates, Ms. Garcia was a Paralegal Assistant for the firm of Gibson, Dunn, & Crutcher. Her experience also includes Paralegal work at the Law Offices of Robert A. Wilks.
Ms. Garcia double-majored at the University of California, Irvine, earning a Bachelor of Science in Criminology, Law & Society, and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology. She later earned her Paralegal Certificate, also from the University of California, Irvine. She continues her legal education by attending seminars, workshops and classes on a regular basis.
While in college and after graduation, Ms. Garcia interned as a clerk at the legal consultant firm of Nancy Clark & Associates. She also acted as Student Coordinator for the MESA Student Outreach Program and Center for Educational Partnerships, at the University of California, Irvine; organizations focused on tutoring and mentoring children from low income areas towards a college education.
Ms. Garcia is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association, maintaining membership in the Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law section.
Ms. Garcia enjoys life with her husband and is active in the community, volunteering her time at her local library and her church. She stays busy enjoying music, dancing, reading, writing, arts & crafts, visiting museums, and a variety of athletics such as running, hiking, tennis and softball. |
