Ms. Madias is the Senior Paralegal in the firm’s Corporate Department, working closely with Mr. Lewin. She has successfully assisted with his representation of business owners, privately held companies, shareholders, directors, officers, investors, underwriters, investment bankers and venture capital firms in connection with corporate formations; bank, venture capital, and private financings; joint ventures; corporate compliance; private securities offerings; stock options and stock purchase plans; Buy-Sell Agreements; mergers, acquisitions and divestitures; and succession planning.
Ms. Madias is the also the Senior Paralegal in the firm’s Immigration and Family Law Departments. She works closely with Mr. Preovolos in his representation of Family Law clients, assisting him in successful private mediation and arbitration for clients with will and trust contests, marital dissolutions, and business litigation.
She also assists the Immigration Attorneys with all manners of proceedings before the Immigration and Naturalization Service, the Department of Labor, the Board of Immigration Appeals, and the United States Information Agency.
Prior to joining Preovolos & Associates, Ms. Madias was a Paralegal for the firm of Linda A. King & Associates, working in litigation and enforcement of judgments.
Ms. Madias graduated as Class Valedictorian from Maric College with an Associate of Science in Paralegal Studies. She continues her legal education by attending seminars, workshops and classes on a regular basis.
Ms. Madias is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association, maintaining membership in the Business & Corporate Law section.
Ms. Madias enjoys life with her three daughters. They enjoy camping, fishing, and are very active in their church youth group. In her free time, Ms. Madias enjoys reading, traveling, and relaxing with friends. |
