Ms. Bailey is the Senior Paralegal in the firm’s Estate Planning Department. She has been with Preovolos & Associates for 10 years, working closely with Mr. Preovolos in all areas of Asset Protection, Estate Planning, Estate Administration and Probate. Her experience ranges from simple wills to complex probate proceedings. She works closely with attorneys, accountants, financial planners and insurance advisors to successfully tailor and deliver a coordinated package of services to the firm’s clients.

In addition, Ms. Bailey is a member of the firm’s Executive Management Team, serving as Secretary for the past 10 years.

Prior to joining Preovolos & Associates, Ms. Bailey worked as a graphic artist and multi-media specialist. She is an accomplished artist, having published many designs and murals throughout her career.

Ms. Bailey attended San Diego State University. She continues her legal education by attending seminars, workshops and classes on a regular basis.

Ms. Bailey is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association, maintaining membership in the Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law section.

Ms. Bailey enjoys life with her two children who are active in competitive sports, photography, and outdoor activities. In her free time, Ms. Bailey enjoys art, drawing, and painting.
